Auditing a legacy application and its development process, fixing performance problems, maintaining and evolving it without breaking it.
Architecture and rewrites
Designing a target architecture with your teams, documenting the decisions, then migrating step by step, one module at a time.
Technical leadership
Starting a product, proofs of concept, organising the technical team, supporting developers: a tech lead or part-time CTO role.
